On the morning of October 11, the Vietnam Ornamental Plants Association in collaboration with the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations and the Thai Binh Union of Science and Technology Associations organized a workshop to disseminate knowledge on developing flowers and ornamental plants with high economic value.
