BTO-On the morning of January 23, a delegation of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Binh province and district, led by comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, visited and wished New Year's greetings to the two communes of Phan Dien and Phan Tien (Bac Binh).
