Comrade Vu Dai Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the working delegation visited, wished a happy New Year, encouraged and inspected the progress of the construction of Autoliv Vietnam Factory in Song Khoai Industrial Park, Quang Yen Town.

The Provincial Party Secretary sent New Year wishes to all workers and employees of the Company.

The Autoliv Vietnam factory has a total investment capital of 154 million USD, invested by Autoliv Group (Sweden). This is a factory specializing in manufacturing safety products for cars and other motor vehicles. After being put into operation, it will produce about 10 million products/year, mainly for export. Currently, all stages of construction, equipment installation, and training of factory operators are being actively implemented. It is expected that the construction items will be completed in February 2025 and officially put into production from November 2025. To ensure the construction progress of the project, from February 3, 100% of the staff and workers of Autoliv Vietnam Co., Ltd. and contractors have returned to work.

The Provincial Party Secretary inspected the items that the Company is speeding up to implement, to soon put the factory into operation.

During the inspection, the Provincial Party Secretary commended and highly appreciated the efforts of the investor as well as the construction contractors in the project implementation process. At the same time, he requested the investor to continue to speed up the completion of the remaining items, putting the factory into commercial operation as soon as possible. Thereby, contributing to increasing the production capacity of the province's processing and manufacturing industry.

Visiting and encouraging the staff and workers of Tonly Vietnam Electronic Engineering Co., Ltd. (TCL Group) at Dong Mai Industrial Park, Quang Yen Town, Mr. Vu Dai Thang, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, praised the working spirit of the staff and workers of the company right after the Lunar New Year holiday. Up to now, 95% of the company's workers, nearly 4,000 people, have returned to work. The production lines are basically operating stably.

The Provincial Party Secretary inquired about the life and work of the Company's workers during Tet and gave them gifts of encouragement.

The Provincial Party Secretary also suggested that in the coming time, Quang Ninh province and TCL Group should study and sign a strategic cooperation agreement. On that basis, TCL Group will continue to invest in large-scale production projects in Dong Mai Industrial Park as well as in the province, making Quang Ninh one of the group's major production centers abroad.

On the same day, the Provincial Party Secretary and the delegation visited and encouraged the staff and workers of Thanh Cong Viet Hung Automobile Factory, Viet Hung Industrial Park, Ha Long City.

The Provincial Party Secretary gave lucky money to factory workers and employees at the beginning of the new year.

According to Thanh Cong Group's report, the progress of Thanh Cong Viet Hung Automobile Factory is still on schedule. Up to now, the factory has completed the trial assembly of the first Skoda cars. It is expected to officially go into commercial operation in the second quarter of 2025. Along with automobile production, the group plans to continue investing in production lines to meet the needs of producing carriages and other auxiliary equipment for the North-South high-speed railway project.

Comrade Vu Dai Thang, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, praised the efforts of Thanh Cong Group in implementing the project. At the same time, he emphasized that this is one of the projects identified as the main growth driver of the province in 2025. In order for the factory to go into commercial operation as planned, the province will continue to support and create the most favorable conditions in the process of implementing the remaining work.
