On November 30, at the Yen Mo District Cultural House, the Red Cross Society of the Red River Delta provinces (emulation cluster No. 2) organized a "0 VND" humanitarian market for the visually impaired in Yen Mo district.
Attending the humanitarian fair were comrade Do Viet Anh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; leaders of the Red Cross Associations of the Red River Delta provinces; leaders of Yen Mo district and sponsors.

At the charity fair, sponsors presented 120 gifts to 120 visually impaired households in difficult circumstances in Yen Mo district. The gifts were essential items for daily life. The total value of the gifts and cash was about 1 million VND/case.
The practical gifts from the care and encouragement of the Red Cross Society of the Red River Delta provinces and sponsors are of great significance, contributing to improving the material life of the visually impaired.
Over the years, the Red Cross at all levels has had many rich and effective activities to connect and mobilize resources, joining hands to support the disadvantaged, including the visually impaired.
The concern and sharing of the community is also a great source of encouragement for the blind to have more motivation to overcome difficulties and rise up in life. Thereby, contributing to ensuring social security in the area.
