According to the Decision, the land plot designated THPT1 is located in the Kim Chung New Urban Area (Kim Chung commune, Dong Anh district); bordered to the north by the Kim Chung Commune People's Committee headquarters, to the east by the Kim Chung Commune Martyrs' Cemetery, and on the remaining sides by planned roads. The THPT1 land plot has an area of approximately 4,373.2 m2, of which approximately 476.2 m2 is within the planned road expansion area; and approximately 3,897 m2 is designated for school construction.
The adjustment aims to concretize the N4 urban zoning plan at a scale of 1/5,000 approved by the Hanoi People's Committee; to effectively exploit and utilize land resources, increase the scale of school construction in accordance with the N4 urban zoning plan's orientation, create physical facilities, and improve the favorable operating conditions of the school to better meet the learning and teaching needs, serving the interests of the community in Dong Anh district in particular and Hanoi city in general; and to provide a legal basis for establishing investment projects for construction according to the approved plan and to serve as a basis for management agencies and local authorities to manage construction in accordance with the law.
The People's Committee of Hanoi City assigns the Department of Planning and Architecture to inspect and verify the drawing of the partial adjustment of the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 - Kim Chung New Urban Area at the land plot designated THPT1 mentioned above, ensuring its conformity with this Decision; and to archive the documents as prescribed.
The People's Committee of Dong Anh District, in coordination with Chu Van An Primary, Secondary and High School and the Department of Planning and Architecture, will publicly announce the local adjustments to the approved detailed planning so that relevant organizations, agencies and the public are aware and can implement them.
The People's Committee of Dong Anh District, the People's Committee of Kim Chung Commune, and the Inspectorate of the Department of Construction are responsible for inspecting and supervising construction according to the approved plan, and handling cases of construction violating the plan according to their authority and the provisions of the law.
