Approval of additional areas not subject to mineral exploitation rights auction

The land mine with symbol TB69 in Binh Que commune, Thang Binh district, is added to the area where mineral exploitation rights are not auctioned under the licensing authority of the Provincial People's Committee according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 22 of Decree No. 158 dated November 29, 2016 of the Government to grant exploration licenses, grant mineral exploitation licenses to supply raw materials for construction of works using state budget capital in the province.

This quarry will serve the following projects: Road connecting Vo Chi Cong Street to Dong Que Son Industrial Park connecting to National Highway 14H and National Highway 1A; Binh Sa Bridge to Binh Hai (Tay Giang Bridge), Thang Binh District.

The area of ​​the zone not subject to auction for mineral exploitation rights is 5 hectares.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to publicly post the areas where mineral exploitation rights are not auctioned on the electronic information pages of the province and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in accordance with regulations. At the same time, organize the selection of a competent unit to implement, guide procedures, and advise on the issuance of exploration licenses and mineral exploitation licenses in the approved areas where mineral exploitation rights are not auctioned in accordance with the provisions of law.

Relevant departments, branches and the People's Committee of Thang Binh district review and advise on the implementation of procedures on land use, forest use; procedures for investment in mineral exploitation projects and organization of mineral management activities in accordance with the provisions of law.
