Mr. Pham Van Nghiem - Newly appointed Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province.

Mr. Pham Van Nghiem, born in 1969, hails from Tay Phong commune, Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province. In October 2019, Mr. Nghiem, then Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Hai district, was transferred and appointed by the People's Committee of Thai Binh province to the position of Director of the Department of Internal Affairs of Thai Binh province.

Specifically, Decision No. 436/QD-TTg states: Approving the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province for the term 2021 - 2026 for Mr. Pham Van Nghiem, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Internal Affairs.

At the same time, Decision No. 435/QD-TTg approved the dismissal of Ms. Tran Thi Bich Hang from the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province for the 2021-2026 term to take on a new assignment.

Decision No. 434/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approves the dismissal of Mr. Dang Van Minh from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province for the 2021-2026 term.

These Decisions take effect from May 21, 2024.
