Promoting the advantages of facilities to serve the medical examination and treatment for the people

In 2024, Tuyen Quang's health sector achieved many comprehensive results: Hospitals have deployed many new techniques, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination, treatment, and rehabilitation; attitudes and styles of serving people have many positive changes, the rate of inpatients and outpatients has increased compared to the same period in 2023.

The sector has implemented online and remote medical consultation and treatment, and signed cooperation agreements with Central Hospitals. The Provincial People's Committee proactively proposed signing comprehensive cooperation agreements with Central Hospitals, including: Bach Mai Hospital, Viet Duc Friendship Hospital, Hanoi Medical University Hospital, Central Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital, and Central Tropical Hospital.

Attention is paid to the construction of green - clean - beautiful medical facilities. State management, direction, operation, inspection and examination are strengthened. Digital transformation continues to be of interest...

In addition to the achieved results, at the meeting, the delegates also pointed out some difficulties that the Tuyen Quang Health sector is facing. The delegates hoped that the Ministry of Health would coordinate with relevant ministries and sectors to soon deploy solutions to support the health sector in resolving difficulties in facilities, human resources and digital transformation in examination and treatment.

At the same time, delegates also focused on discussing and proposing a number of key solutions to improve medical examination and treatment, and improve the health of local people in 2025 and the following years.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Dao Hong Lan acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that Tuyen Quang has achieved in the health sector in recent times. Regarding the proposals and recommendations of the province, the Minister of Health accepted and discussed to clarify some contents; at the same time, he said that the Ministry will preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and branches to advise on the development, supplementation and adjustment of some policies and guiding documents to remove difficulties in human resources for health stations, especially the source of doctors for health stations; remove difficulties in health insurance, etc.

He suggested that the province promote its advantages in terms of infrastructure, especially the Provincial General Hospital which is being invested in and built with a scale of 1,000 beds, and must have a plan to quickly access and be used immediately to serve the medical examination and treatment of the people and immediately serve the socio-economic development of the province.

To do that, it is necessary to review and have a specific roadmap. The Minister of Health has also assigned the Department of Science, Technology and Training to be in charge of digital transformation to coordinate with the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management to support the Tuyen Quang Health sector in information technology and digital transformation in examination and treatment.

The Provincial Party Secretary affirmed: The delegation's visit and work is of great significance on the eve of the celebration of Vietnam Doctors' Day, February 27. In response to the instructions of the Minister of Health, Tuyen Quang province will make more efforts, have stronger political determination and continue to perform its tasks better in the coming time.
