Discovered a beauty facility registered for skin care but illegally injected fillers

Previously, on the afternoon of November 14, the Economic and Environmental Police Team, Hai Chau District Police suddenly inspected the MC facility (Nui Thanh Street, Hoa Thuan Dong Ward, Hai Chau District). At this time, at the facility, the inspection team discovered injection needles, fillers, surgical needles and threads, and medical equipment.

Through work, the facility could not provide full invoices and documents proving the valid origin of the above goods.

Hazardous waste is not classified and is mixed with normal household waste.

Check the individual business registration certificate of the facility, the registered business is skin care and cosmetic tattooing but anesthetics are not allowed.

The facility representative admitted to performing invasive procedures under the skin, which is an industry for which the MC facility is not licensed to operate.

At the time of inspection, the Economic - Environmental Police Team discovered a number of other violations such as: Not collecting hazardous waste but storing it together with normal household waste, not having a contract to collect hazardous waste as prescribed, not providing full practice certificates of employees currently working at the facility.

The Economic - Environmental Police Team of Hai Chau District Police has drawn up a record and temporarily detained all of the above exhibits to continue verifying and clarifying, and handling them according to regulations.
