The launching ceremony of the Tree Planting Festival "Forever grateful to Uncle Ho" in the Spring of At Ty 2025 and the emulation to welcome Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, aims to practically celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025) and to propagate, educate, and promote the spirit of vanguard and volunteerism of young people in environmental protection and response to climate change.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, comrade Bui Quang Huy, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, affirmed that throughout the historical process of building, contributing and growing, regardless of the historical context, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has always been steadfast in its communist ideals, closely following the country's political tasks to launch movements and work programs among young people that are suitable to the practical requirements of each revolutionary period.

Launching the emulation campaign in 2025, comrade Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his joy and excitement that in 2024, Tuyen Quang province achieved many important and comprehensive results in all fields, completing and exceeding 20/20 main targets set for the year.

The province's economy continues to develop, with a growth rate of 9.04%, among the 12 localities with the highest economic growth rate in the country, which is also the highest growth rate of the province in the past 10 years; budget revenue in the area reached 4,350 billion VND, an increase of over 35% compared to 2023, reaching the target 1 year ahead of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress...

He emphasized that 2025 is a year of many important events for the country; a year with many opportunities and advantages but also many difficulties and challenges, requiring the entire Party Committee, government, armed forces and people of all ethnic groups in the province to continue to uphold the tradition of the revolutionary homeland, promote the pride of the "Capital of the Liberated Zone", "Capital of Resistance", and promote the spirit of patriotic emulation initiated by President Ho Chi Minh.

In that spirit, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee launched an emulation movement with the main contents such as: strongly concretizing Directive No. 41 dated December 26, 2024 of the Politburo "on strengthening the Party's leadership in emulation and reward work in the new situation", Directive No. 19 of the Prime Minister launching emulation to successfully implement the annual socio-economic development tasks and the 5-year plan (2021-2025); emulating to successfully complete the socio-economic development goals and tasks set for 2025; emulating to implement Resolution No. 57 dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology development, innovation and national digital transformation, creating momentum for socio-economic development in the new era; effectively implement the emulation movement "Digital transformation of Tuyen Quang province to 2025, orientation to 2030"...

He requested agencies, units, districts, cities, enterprises and all people in the province to continue to do a good job of propaganda, mobilization, and organization of the movement "everyone plants trees, every household plants trees", successfully implementing the 2025 forest planting plan targets; effectively implementing the sustainable forestry development project, the project to build a high-tech forestry zone and a wood production and processing center to improve productivity and value of planted forests...

He affirmed that emulation movements will help arouse the strength of solidarity and creativity of the entire people and the young generation to take the lead in innovation and creativity, contributing to realizing the great goals of the Party.

In order for the emulation campaign to achieve practical results and strongly spread the pioneering spirit and enthusiasm of the youth, he suggested that the Central Youth Union should pay attention to promoting propaganda work, raising awareness and responsibility among Youth Union chapters and members, so that the emulation campaign truly becomes a widespread political activity in the entire Youth Union, with the active participation of a large number of Youth Union members and children nationwide and creating positive results.
