Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung attended and gave a speech. In recent times, the province has paid special attention to housing care for the poor, near-poor, and policy beneficiaries and achieved many positive results; however, many households are still living in makeshift, dilapidated, and unsafe houses. The 90-day and night campaign responds to the emulation movement to join hands to eliminate makeshift and dilapidated houses in the province with the goal of mobilizing the strength of the entire political system, business community, and people of all walks of life to support disadvantaged households to have more solid and spacious houses. By the end of June 2025, the whole province strives to complete the construction and repair of houses for poor households, near-poor households, and households in especially difficult circumstances.

Launching at the ceremony, comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The campaign has profound humanistic significance; demonstrates the responsibility, affection, and sharing of the whole society; helps families in difficult circumstances have a safe home, have more conditions to develop the economy, improve material and spiritual life, and escape poverty sustainably.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee called on all levels, sectors, organizations, businesses, and philanthropists inside and outside the province to actively participate in and respond to the campaign, joining hands with the province to complete the set goals. In order for the campaign to spread widely and effectively, it is recommended that all sectors and levels promote propaganda, mobilization, and maximize resource mobilization. During the implementation process, it is necessary to be proactive, positive, public, and transparent, ensuring support for the right subjects, on schedule, and with the quality of the project according to regulations. Media and press agencies should strengthen information and propaganda, creating consensus among the whole society to take care of housing, material and spiritual life for people, especially the poor, the disadvantaged, and people in difficult circumstances in the province.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Deputy Prime Minister highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, efforts and striving of the province to perform well the tasks of socio-economic development, social security work to care for people's lives, especially the work of eliminating temporary houses and dilapidated houses in the past time. However, the rate of poor and near-poor households in Ninh Thuan is still higher than the national average; many households, especially in remote areas, ethnic minority and mountainous areas are facing difficulties in housing.

The Deputy Prime Minister affirmed that the Party's and State's policies always take the people as the target and the main subject; the province needs to identify social security work, caring for people's lives in general and caring for housing for people in particular as a continuous and long-term task, requiring the joint efforts of the entire political system, social community, and people of all walks of life to "leave no one behind". Party committees at all levels, authorities, socio-political organizations, enterprises, philanthropists, and people of all walks of life must continue to implement the motto "State support, community assistance, people proactively rise up", solidarity, responsibility, and determination to complete the campaign's goals with the highest political goals and determination. In addition, it is necessary to focus on inspection and supervision to ensure that the Party and State's policies are implemented openly, transparently, and to the right subjects; construction works are on schedule and of good quality.

At the ceremony, the Deputy Prime Minister donated 500 million VND to the province's program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. The provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee received registrations of support from businesses, organizations, and localities with a total amount of nearly 30 billion VND.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 8 collectives and 6 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province in recent times.
