Phan Huy presents fashion collection at Paris Fashion Week

Having made his mark with his graduation project “La Monyenne Région”, young designer Phan Huy (25 years old) once again pleased his fans when presenting a fashion collection called “Lost in the Cavern” within the framework of Paris Fashion Week (France).

Phan Huy's collection will be presented at 7:00 p.m. on March 2, Paris time (France), or 1:00 a.m. on March 3, Vietnam time, in the romantic space of the Maison de L'amérique Latine building, at 217 Boulevard Saint - Germain, Paris, France. The show will feature famous guests such as Filipino superstar, Heart Evangelista - she is known as the "queen of tears" of Philippine television...

The collection is called “Lost in the Cavern” - exploiting the beauty of caves in Quang Binh province such as: Son Doong, Thien Duong, Phong Nha cave. Phan Huy said he was extremely overwhelmed by the beauty of the natural masterpieces inside the cave such as giant rocks, the flow of water creating an extremely magical scene. The collection uses draping techniques (3D pattern making), creating unique blocks on the fabric and curvy cuts... The collection also uses elaborate attachment techniques, crystal beads simulating water crystals... “This is the first show in my career but it takes place half a world away from Vietnam. Therefore, I have encountered countless difficulties and challenges due to geography, as well as the competitive nature of one of the world's biggest fashion weeks”, Phan Huy shared. Phan Huy added: “The biggest thing Huy learned from this time is the professionalism, efficiency and neatness in the way the world fashion market works. I have understood and known what I have to do to develop in the world fashion industry.”
