Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Dao Tung is the Director of the Academy of Finance.

Before taking the position of Director of the Academy of Finance, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Dao Tung was Chairman of the Council of the Academy of Finance. Mr. Tung will replace his predecessor, Professor Dr. Nguyen Trong Co.

Mr. Nguyen Dao Tung was born in 1975 and has been working at the Academy of Finance for 32 years. Previously, Mr. Tung was a lecturer, Deputy Head of Training Management Board, Head of Training Management Board, Deputy Director of the Academy, and Chairman of the Council of the Academy of Finance.

In his congratulatory speech and assignment of tasks to the new director, Mr. Ho Duc Phoc, Minister of Finance, said that the decision to appoint Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Dao Tung to the position of director of the Academy of Finance is an honor but also a very heavy task, because in the current context, the challenges for the education sector are huge, especially for universities and academies.

At the same time, Minister Ho Duc Phoc expressed his confidence that in his new position, the new director will continue to promote traditions and achievements, seize development opportunities, overcome challenges caused by the impact of the technological revolution, requirements for school management, and fierce competition in training.

At the inauguration ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Dao Tung also pledged to make efforts to promote the achievements and traditions of the Academy over the past 60 years, overcome challenges, take advantage of opportunities, grasp technology, and innovate management to develop the Academy.

The new director of the Academy also shared that in his new position, he and all officers, employees and students of the Academy will be more united, creative and responsible to complete the strategic goals and build the Academy of Finance.
