The Congress democratically elected 88 members of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024-2029 term.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hau Giang province for the 2024-2029 term held its first meeting to negotiate and elect positions in the Standing Committee. Accordingly, Mr. Tran Van Chinh - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hau Giang province for the 2019-2024 term continues to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for the 2024-2029 term. Mr. Mai Van Tinh, Mr. Le Van Son, Mr. Le Minh Dang hold the position of Vice Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for the 2024-2029 term.
The Congress also democratically elected a Delegation to attend the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, including 6 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates.
The Congress passed the Resolution and Action Program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hau Giang province for the 10th term, 2024-2029, with the spirit and determination of "Promoting the spirit of solidarity, innovation, breakthrough, determination, and aspiration to build Hau Giang to develop rapidly, sustainably, comprehensively, and inclusively", including 14 targets and 4 breakthrough tasks.
With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development" and the motto of action "Concentrated form, practical content, drastic action, real efficiency", the 10th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hau Giang province called on all classes of people in the province to continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, strive to compete in labor production, take advantage of the "golden period", overcome challenges, determined to successfully implement the goals and solutions of the action program set out by the Congress, contributing to the goal of Hau Giang becoming a fairly industrial province of the Mekong Delta by 2030; having a synchronous system of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure; having dynamic economic, industrial and modern urban areas; cultural and historical values are preserved and promoted; national defense, security, social order and safety are ensured; people have a prosperous, civilized and happy life.
