According to Official Dispatch No. 666-CV/DD-HNDVN on giving opinions on personnel work dated July 7, 2023, the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Farmers' Union agreed with the proposal of the Party Delegation of the Farmers' Union of Ha Tinh province to introduce Mr. Tran Dinh Uoc - Head of the Management Board of Dong Loc T-junction Relic Site for the Provincial Farmers' Union Executive Committee to elect additional members of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Union for the 2018-2023 term.

Pursuant to Decision No. 652-QD/TU dated August 7, 2023 of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee on the mobilization and introduction of candidates, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to mobilize Mr. Tran Dinh Uoc - Head of the Management Board of Dong Loc T-junction Relic Site to work at the Provincial Farmers' Association from August 10, 2023, to introduce him as a candidate for the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association for the 2018-2023 term.

From 2001 - 2011: Mr. Tran Dinh Uoc was a member of the "Young intellectual volunteer team participating in rural and mountainous development" at Phuc Trach youth village (Huong Khe); cadre at Phuc Trach youth village; Deputy Team Leader, Team Leader of Tay Son Economic Construction Youth Team (Huong Son). From 2011 - August 9, 2023: Head of the Management Board of Dong Loc T-junction Relic Site; concurrently in charge of the Management Board of the Ly Tu Trong Hero Memorial Site.

According to the report of the Provincial Farmers' Association, since the beginning of the year, all levels of the association in the province have organized nearly 3,000 propaganda sessions for 319,459 farmer members on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; resolutions of the province and farmers' associations at all levels; propagandized and mobilized 165,118 households to register to achieve the title of good production and business households at all levels...

Associations at all levels in the province mobilized 12.55 billion VND, supported 120,082 working days, mobilized officials and farmer members to participate and contribute to building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; mobilized resources to give 11,426 gifts, worth over 6 billion VND to members and farmers in the area.

The association levels also guided the establishment of 17 cooperative groups, 5 cooperatives, built 2 professional farmer associations, and 138 professional farmer associations. Actively supporting loans for farmer members, up to now, the total capital of the Farmer Support Fund is 55,841 billion VND, disbursed to 918 production development projects, with 2,453 member households borrowing capital.
