Mr. Nguyen Duc Tai sold 1 million MWG shares.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Tai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mobile World Investment Corporation (MWG), has just announced that he has sold 1 million shares as previously registered, from September 9-19, by order matching method.
Based on MWG's market price of about 68,000 VND/share, it is estimated that Chairman Nguyen Duc Tai earned about 68 billion VND.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tai sold 2 million MWG shares from June 7-19, using the order matching method. Temporarily calculating the average closing price of VND62,800/share, it is estimated that Mr. Tai earned about VND126 billion.
Currently, the chairman of Mobile World is holding 32.4 million shares, equivalent to 2.2% of capital.
At MWG, another leader also announced the sale of shares. Mr. Dang Minh Luom, a member of the Board of Directors, announced that he registered to sell 1 million shares from September 25 to October 24. If completed, Mr. Luom would still own 2.2 million shares, equivalent to 0.15% of capital.
On the stock market, MWG shares have been increasing continuously. Since the beginning of the year, MWG's market price has increased by 60%.
Seabank Deputy General Director Could Not Sell Any Shares
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Deputy General Director of SeABank (SSB), has just announced that he has not sold any shares out of the total 110,000 registered units from August 22 to September 20. The reason for not completing the transaction is that the market developments have not been in line with expectations. Mr. Tuan Anh currently holds more than 386,000 shares, equivalent to 0.014%.
Notably, Mr. Le Tuan Anh (son of Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Thi Nga) has just registered to sell 1.5 million SSB shares from September 12 to October 9. Previously, from June 21 to July 16, Mr. Tuan Anh successfully sold 1 million shares, reducing his ownership ratio from 1.944% to 1.904% (equivalent to 47.5 million shares).
Deputy General Director Nguyen Hong Quang successfully sold 145,000 shares on September 5, reducing his ownership ratio from nearly 0.02% to nearly 0.015%.
SeABank shares began to fall sharply from the end of August, from 20,000 VND/share to the current 16,000 VND/share.
Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung buys ESOP shares
Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ), has just announced information about buying 264,100 shares on September 19, in the form of ESOP.
PNJ plans to issue more than 3.34 million shares under the employee stock option program (ESOP), equivalent to 1% of outstanding shares, with an issuance price of VND20,000/share.
100% of ESOP shares will be restricted from transfer within 12 months, 70% of shares will be restricted from transfer within 24 months and 40% of shares will be restricted from transfer within 36 months from the date of completion of the issuance.
Previously, PNJ had just decided to pay the second dividend in 2023, at a rate of 14% in cash. As of June 30, Ms. Dung held more than 9.3 million shares, equivalent to 2.8% of charter capital. With this payment, Ms. Dung earned more than 13 billion VND and nearly 19 billion VND for both payments.
According to the recently released report, in the first 8 months of 2024, PNJ had net revenue of VND 26,866 billion and profit after tax of VND 1,281 billion.
