On the afternoon of August 3, the 10th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tra Vinh province, term 2024 - 2029, held its 3rd working session.

At this working session, the Congress consulted and elected 71 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tra Vinh province for the 10th term, 2024 - 2029, and elected a Standing Committee of 7 members.

71 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tra Vinh province, Term X, 2024 - 2029, introduced themselves at the Congress.

The new term of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tra Vinh province has consulted and elected Mr. Le Thanh Binh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Tra Vinh Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

The consultative congress elected a delegation to attend the higher-level congress for the 2024-2029 term, including 7 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates.

In his closing speech at the Congress, the new Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tra Vinh Province, Le Thanh Binh, said that the success of the Congress was first of all due to the timely direction and guidance of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the close leadership of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Congress respectfully acknowledges the opinions of the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, member organizations, relevant departments and branches, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the province, and representatives of ethnic groups, religions, dignitaries and intellectuals in the province,” said Mr. Le Thanh Binh.

In addition, Mr. Le Thanh Binh said that the Congress would also like to sincerely thank the reporters, Dai Doan Ket Newspaper, Vietnam News Agency stationed in Tra Vinh, Newspapers, Tra Vinh Radio and Television for timely reporting and promoting the Congress. Mr. Le Thanh Binh said that the success of today's Congress is only the first step. The more important and meaningful issue is to quickly concretize the Resolution, focusing on implementing the Action Program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province approved by the Congress to all classes of people.

That is the responsibility of the 10th Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, first of all, the role and responsibility of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee must be truly united, proactive, flexible, creative, always innovate the content and methods of operation in the management work, promote the strength of the great national solidarity bloc in the process of deploying and organizing the implementation of the Action Program of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front in which the Congress has placed its trust.

“The Congress Presidium hopes that each delegate attending the Congress, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, and member organizations of the Front will actively propagate the Congress Resolution, bring the Resolution into life, and encourage and support people of all walks of life to respond to the implementation of the 6 Action Programs of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tra Vinh province, term 2024 - 2029,” Mr. Le Thanh Binh emphasized.
