TPO - Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai decided to assign Mr. Duong Ngoc Hai, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, to perform the duties of Permanent Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
On October 8, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai issued a decision assigning the duties of Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
Accordingly, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai decided to assign Mr. Duong Ngoc Hai, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term, to perform the duties of Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Mr. Duong Ngoc Hai, on behalf of Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai, performs the tasks prescribed in Decision 2197 dated June 19, 2024 of the City People's Committee on the assignment of work of Chairman, Vice Chairman and members of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for the term 2021 - 2026. Specifically, including the following tasks:
Directing and handling documents and daily work of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and assigning Vice Chairman and members of the City People's Committee to attend activities of Central agencies, City Party Committee, City People's Council, Party Committee of the City People's Committee, City People's Committee, agencies and units under Ho Chi Minh City.
Organize, monitor and urge the implementation of the working regulations of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual work programs of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
Directing the Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee in working relations with the Office of the President, the Government Office, the Offices of ministries, branches, central agencies, the Office of the City Party Committee, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council.
On May 19, at the 15th Session (special session) of the 10th Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, the City People's Council elected Mr. Duong Ngoc Hai, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Inspection Committee, as Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
