On June 25, at the hall of the People's Court of Thai Binh province, the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce and present the decision to appoint Mr. Do Manh Tang as Chief Justice of the People's Court of Thai Binh province.
Mr. Do Manh Tang, Deputy Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, was appointed to the position of Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court from July 1, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
Previously, Mr. Pham Van Thinh, Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, decided to retire from July 1.
Speaking at the direction and assignment, Mr. Nguyen Van Du, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, requested Mr. Do Manh Tang to continue to strive, further improve his professional qualifications, be active, proactive, creative, uphold a sense of responsibility, and successfully complete the assigned tasks.
At the ceremony, Mr. Do Manh Tang accepted the instructions of his superiors, pledged to continue to strive, maintain political qualities, solidarity, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
The new Chief Justice of Thai Binh Provincial People's Court affirmed that he will continue to focus on implementing the breakthrough solutions proposed by the higher court to improve the quality of trials, so that the court can truly be an agency to protect justice, protect human rights, citizens' rights, protect the socialist regime, protect the interests of the State, contribute to maintaining political security, social order and safety, and promote economic development.
