Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong is Deputy Minister of Information and Communications.

Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, was appointed by the Prime Minister to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Information and Communications on November 20.

The new Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Bui Hoang Phuong is 40 years old and has held many positions such as Chief of Office and Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Information and Communications .

Mr. Phuong has held the position of Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel since October 2022.
