Giang Vo Spring Fair is a familiar “spiritual food” for the people of the capital on every traditional Tet holiday, and is also an attractive destination for people and visitors from all over the world to enjoy spring and shop for Tet. In its 31st edition, Giang Vo Spring Fair returns with a special version “4,000-year Tet, Tet of 5 kingdoms”, not only recreating the quintessence of Vietnamese Tet culture from the past to the present but also introducing unique Tet cultures from China, Japan, Korea, the United Kingdom, Türkiye, Thailand, etc.

With the desire to help visitors fully experience the traditional Tet flavor and preserve and conserve long-standing cultural values, 16 booths at the Fair will recreate ancient Tet customs such as setting up poles, arranging offerings, asking for calligraphy, making jam, fish fighting, wrapping banh chung, pounding pork rolls, playing tam cuc..., bringing a space imbued with traditional identity right in the heart of a modern city.
The fair also brings together 50 regional specialty booths from 47 provinces and cities, with thousands of 4-5 star OCOP products and internationally certified organic agricultural products such as Ca Mau wild shrimp with rich flavor, Bach Coc Thanh Nam apricot vinegar, Hue royal tea and lotus seeds, Ha Giang ginseng pho, Quang Nam cassava pho, Dak Nong dried durian, Ngoc Linh Kontum ginseng, etc. Visitors will also not be able to miss 10 fruit booths from famous growing regions across Vietnam, experiencing the experience of personally arranging a fruit tray with artisans to bring home to offer incense on Tet holiday.

The culinary exploration journey of visitors continues to be extended with more than 20 booths of the UNESCO Center for Vietnamese Culinary Culture, serving familiar dishes such as chicken sticky rice, fried banh chung, Uoc Le Xuan Huong sausage, Hanoi pho, Thuy Khue vermicelli with grilled pork, Thanh Tri rice rolls, Ho Tay shrimp cakes, ... to new dishes only available at Giang Vo Spring Fair, including cup hotpot, straw mushroom rice paper, Chung Doi jam, warm pearl lantern milk tea, creative lantern mochi.
A special highlight only available at Giang Vo Spring Fair 2025 is the experience of enjoying Robot Noodles - a sophisticated combination of fish noodles and shrimp noodles, processed completely automatically by a robot arm. This unique dish combines traditional flavors and modern technology, promising to leave an unforgettable impression on visitors.
Coming to Giang Vo Spring Fair 2025, visitors also have the opportunity to travel around the world in the International Food Court. This is where the best noodle dishes converge, from Bat Dan pho, Bac Giang noodles, Sa Dec noodles to Kagawa Udon, Tokyo ramen, Japchae royal vermicelli, Zhejiang longevity noodles and Italian pasta.
