New interchange on Bac Giang Expressway

According to information from the Lang Son Department of Construction, from 6:00 AM on April 10th, the interchange in Voi town (Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province) will officially connect with the Bac Giang - Lang Son expressway.

The project, invested by Bac Giang - Lang Son BOT Joint Stock Company and agreed upon by the governments of Bac Giang and Lang Son provinces, has now been completed and handed over to Lang Son province for management and operation.

The new interchange comprises 6 branches, integrating 3 toll stations using electronic toll collection (ETC) technology. Each station has 4 lanes, including 2 lanes for entering and 2 lanes for exiting the expressway, seamlessly connecting with the toll collection system along the entire Bac Giang - Lang Son route.

The commissioning of the interchange is expected to enhance connectivity between industrial zones and clusters in Lang Giang district (Bac Giang province) and the Hanoi-Lang Son expressway, as well as industrial zones in Huu Lung and Chi Lang districts (Lang Son province), contributing to the promotion of regional economic development.

In addition, the People's Committee of Lang Son province has approved the toll rates at the Voi toll station. These rates will be applied from 6:00 AM on April 10, 2025, and will be divided according to vehicle categories.

Prices apply when the value-added tax rate is 8% (during the period when the policy regulations reduce the value-added tax by 2%).

Specifically, for vehicles with fewer than 12 seats, trucks under 2 tons, and public buses: 2,100 VND/km; for vehicles with 12 to 30 seats, trucks from 2 to under 4 tons: 3,000 VND/km; for vehicles with 31 seats or more, trucks from 4 to under 10 tons: 3,700 VND/km; for trucks from 10 to under 18 tons, and 20-foot containers: 6,000 VND/km; and for trucks from 18 tons or more, and 40-foot containers: 8,100 VND/km.
