On the afternoon of April 20, the Department of Education and Training of Hoa Vang district, Da Nang reported the case of a 6th grade female student at Tran Quang Khai Secondary School (Hoa Son commune, Hoa Vang district) being beaten by a group of people until she had a concussion and coughed up blood.
According to the Department of Education and Training of Hoa Vang district, after receiving the information, the Department directed the Principal of Tran Quang Khai Secondary School to coordinate with the locality to verify the incident and have a specific report.
According to a report from Tran Quang Khai Secondary School, on April 19, the school received a complaint from Ms. Tran Thi No, the biological mother of Nguyen Thi Nhu T. (class 6/4), reporting that she was beaten by other students.
The school invited the students involved to come to school to make a report to understand the incident.

According to the report, on the evening of April 11, at Phu Thuong Church, Phuong Th. and Phuong T. beat Nguyen Thi Nhu T. After being beaten, Nhu T. walked home from the church, and the other children who participated also left shortly after.
After the incident, the local police invited Phuong Th., Phuong T. and related people to the police station for questioning on April 17. The commune police continued to work with the related students to find appropriate solutions.
Currently, Nguyen Thi Nhu T. (the student who was beaten) has returned to school and is in stable health and mental condition.
Also according to the Department of Education and Training of Hoa Vang district, after receiving the information, the Department and the school visited Nguyen Thi Nhu T.'s house to visit and encourage her to stabilize her psychology to study.
" Currently, the Department of Education and Training and the school continue to coordinate with local authorities and commune police to handle and resolve the incident in accordance with regulations ," the report of the Department of Education and Training stated.
As reported by VTC News, on April 20, Ms. Tran Thi No (45 years old) said that she had submitted a petition to the People's Committee of Hoa Son Commune, the Hoa Son Commune Police, and the Board of Directors of Tran Quang Khai Secondary School, requesting an investigation and handling of the case in which her daughter was beaten and seriously injured.
According to Mrs. No, at 7:00 p.m. on April 11, her daughter Nguyen Thi Nhu T. was at home when Phuong Th. (7th grade student at Tran Quang Khai Secondary School) came and invited her to go out.
On the way, when they reached Phu Thuong church, Phuong Th., Phuong T. (a 7th grader who had been expelled) and MH (a 8/2 grader) brutally beat Nhu T. up. The incident was recorded by a student named Ph. (7th grader) using his phone.
After the incident, Nhu T. returned home but did not tell her family because she was threatened that if she did, she would be beaten again.
On the morning of April 18, seeing her child coughing up blood, having a stomachache, nausea, delirium, and a swollen head, Ms. No took T. to Da Nang Hospital for examination and was hospitalized in the Neurosurgery Department for monitoring.
On the afternoon of April 19, T. was discharged from Da Nang Hospital to continue monitoring at home with a diagnosis of concussion.
