Ms. Hien often creates by preparing, investing in costumes, and transforming into characters in lessons to make students interested, excited, and easily visualize. “When I teach students, I am not afraid of being ugly, but always remind myself to overcome my limits. During the lessons observed, I still design lessons in a friendly, gentle, and joyful way. In those lessons, teachers usually wear ao dai; but I can form a sun shape with related costumes and sing and dance in the middle of the class. What makes me very happy is that after sharing my lessons on my personal Facebook, my colleagues in and outside the province gave me a lot of compliments and expressed their desire to learn and share,” Ms. Hien said.
