According to information provided by the victim, the incident happened in August 2004, when he was in 11th grade and S was his senior, in 12th grade.
That day, he was called to a soccer field by S and was slapped repeatedly in the face for about an hour and a half. The victim said:
"As soon as I arrived, they started beating me. At that time, I didn't even know why I was being beaten, I just remember being slapped for an hour and a half."
