As Deputy Secretary of the Commune Youth Union since 2016, Ms. Chuc and the Executive Committee of the Commune Youth Union have always closely followed the resolutions, programs, and plans of the Party Committee and the higher-level Youth Union to develop plans and implement Youth Union activities in accordance with the local situation. Many activities associated with the green volunteer shirt have been widely deployed to all villages, alleys, and hamlets such as: Green Shirts accompanying digital transformation, launching Green Sunday, Volunteer Saturday... During the activities, Ms. Chuc has always been close to, understanding the thoughts and aspirations of union members and young people to innovate and create Youth Union activities.

As Deputy Secretary of the Commune Youth Union, Ms. Chuc has actively promoted, mobilized, and guided union members, youth, and people of all walks of life to participate in the new rural construction movement; proactively transformed the structure of crops and livestock, developed the socio-economy, and reduced poverty sustainably; maintained security and order, and national cultural identity, and built great solidarity in ethnic minority areas.
In particular, female cadres of the Muong ethnic group regularly stay close to the grassroots, proactively coordinate with specialized agencies of districts, communes, and the Provincial Ethnic Committee to advise local Party committees and authorities to pay attention to implementing policies for ethnic minority youth; propose solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of organizing and implementing ethnic work and ethnic policies; actively mobilize union members and ethnic minority youth to boldly start businesses, establish careers, and get rich in their homeland... contributing to the effective implementation of programs, projects, regimes, and policies for ethnic minorities in the commune.
In addition to the Youth Union movements, Ms. Chuc is also a typical example in production and business thanks to her determination to start a business by distilling alcohol using traditional methods combined with modern ones. Talking about her fate with this profession, Ms. Chuc shared: Witnessing many people in the commune who had suffered from alcohol poisoning, affecting their health, my husband and I experimented with distilling alcohol using the traditional method, making our own yeast, fermenting rice, using a modern distillation line, and a detoxification filter system. Accumulating experience from practice, I began to research how to use 36 traditional Chinese medicinal yeast to create drops of alcohol with a unique aroma and most importantly, safe for the health of users.
Thanks to her boldness in thinking and daring to do, Ms. Chuc's wine products have been trusted by many people. Currently, her family produces 200-300 liters of wine every day, creating a stable source of income for the family and jobs for 3-5 regular workers with an average income of 7-10 million VND/person/month. In 2023, Tung Chuc Hung Long wine products participated in the evaluation and classification of the "One Commune One Product" (OCOP) Program and achieved the 3-star OCOP standard of Yen Lap district.
With her efforts and endeavors to complete her work tasks well, actively develop her family's economy, and be a typical example for many union members and young people to learn and follow, the female cadre of Hung Long commune's Union was awarded a certificate of merit for her outstanding achievements in the movement to build great solidarity among ethnic groups in Yen Lap district in the period of 2014-2019 and a certificate of merit from the Chairman of Yen Lap district People's Committee at the 4th Congress of Ethnic Minorities in Yen Lap district, 2024.
