The shift in the reception of stage art took place quite strongly in the South in the 1920s. Cai luong stage was born from the rhythm of social, economic, cultural life, ...; at the same time, it met the aesthetic taste of stage art of the public. Designer Le Minh Phu is currently a lecturer majoring in Fashion Design.

Le Minh Phu had two costumes designed by himself inspired by the character Duong Quy Phi in the play "The Trial of Bang Quy Phi", performed and highly appreciated in the graduation defense at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and the program of the 38th Anniversary Meeting of Vietnamese Teachers' Day at Cuu Long University with the collection of designer Quynh Paris.

- 2018-2020: Working at Vietsun Investment Joint Stock Company (Vietsun).

- In 2020, Le Minh Phu had costumes performed in the program "Common Mekong" and the 7th cultural exchange of Southeast Asian countries in Binh Duong province.

- 2020 to present: Lecturer in Fashion Design, Dong An High Technology College.

- 2021: Coach of WSUN Women Entrepreneurship Network, shared useful information about the fashion design industry for startups.

- 2022:

+ Received a certificate of merit for his active contributions to the Cultural and Artistic Exchange program to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Vietnam - Korea diplomatic relations in 2022 by Ambassador Nguyen Phu Binh.

+ Designed costumes in special excerpts of Vietnamese reformed opera such as Luc Van Tien and Tu Thu Te Chau costumes performed by famous Tan Co artist Hung Vuong.

+ Received a certificate of merit for completing tasks well in the 2021-2022 school year from Dong An College of High Technology.
