Novaland "provided relevant documents" of the Saigon Dai Ninh project to the investigation agency.

(NLDO) - Novaland believes that the group is not involved in the wrongdoings of its partners at the Saigon Dai Ninh project.

On November 4, on its website, No Va Real Estate Group Corporation (Novaland) said it had sent a document to customers, shareholders, investors and partners with information about the Dai Ninh Eco-Resort, Tourism and Urban Area project in Lam Dong province (Saigon Dai Ninh project).

Novaland said that regarding information about the Saigon Dai Ninh project, the group has participated in project development cooperation with Thien Vuong Real Estate Investment and Development Company Limited (Thien Vuong Company).

Thien Vuong Company received the transfer of shares from Saigon Dai Ninh Lavender Tourism Investment Company Limited in 2022. At the time of cooperation, Saigon Dai Ninh Lavender Tourism Investment Company Limited committed to owning 100% of the project investor company and the project had full legal documents approving the continued implementation in accordance with the provisions of law.

Novaland believes that in the process of resolving previous legal problems of the Saigon Dai Ninh project, the group was completely unaware of, did not discuss, and was not involved in the wrongdoings of partners and related parties.

According to Novaland, since the investigation agency (CQĐT) stepped in to clarify Mr. Nguyen Cao Tri's violations, the group has actively cooperated and provided relevant documents to clarify the issue since participating in this transaction with Thien Vuong Company.

Novaland emphasized that it will continue to actively cooperate with the prosecution agencies to clarify the details of the case, as well as strictly comply with the final decisions of the authorities in the spirit of the rule of law.

On the same day, Novaland also updated the progress of key projects in Aqua City and NovaWorld Ho Tram.
