Ms. Dang Thi Tang received the land use right certificate after completing the registration of changes in land plot address, permanent address, and land plot information.

At 7:30 a.m. on November 4, Ms. Dang Thi Tang (born in 1956, Dai Hoa village, Yen Hoa commune, Cam Xuyen district) brought her land use right certificate (LURC) to the Yen Hoa commune People's Committee office to register changes in information when merging Cam Hoa and Cam Yen communes into Yen Hoa commune.

At the time Ms. Tang was present, at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Yen Hoa commune, there were also many local people holding land use right certificates in hand, wishing to register changes in land plot address, permanent address, and land plot information after the commune merger.

When instructed by the staff of the Land Registration Office, Ha Tinh City - Cam Xuyen branch, Ms. Tang and the households of Yen Hoa commune quickly submitted their documents at the reception department and sat down to wait. About 45 minutes later, the people were called to receive their land use right certificates after completing the information update.

“During the process of adjusting changes to the land use right certificate, I and the recipient received enthusiastic support and guidance from the staff of the land registration office, so it only took a short time in the morning to complete the work,” Ms. Dang Thi Tang shared.

Similar to Ms. Tang, on the morning of November 4, Mr. Phan Danh Vinh (born in 1958, Phu Hoa village, Yen Hoa commune) brought 3 land use right certificates to the Yen Hoa commune People's Committee office to register changes in land plot address, permanent address, and land plot information. With 3 documents, from the time of submission to the time of receiving the land use right certificates, it took Mr. Vinh more than 1 hour.

“I thought it would take the whole morning, or even the end of the day, but it only took me over an hour to receive all three land use right certificates. This quick completion makes it easier for people to handle other tasks,” said Mr. Vinh.

People are excited when the time and procedures for registering changes in land use rights certificates are quick and convenient.

The reason why land use right certificate change registration is done on weekends is because on weekdays, land registration offices perform other professional work and to make it easier for people to arrange their time, contributing to the most effective adjustment.

From the receiving department, the documents are divided to the members of the team to confirm the change of permanent address, land plot address and map sheet number, then transferred to the director or deputy director of the branch's land registration office for signature and the document is stamped, before being returned to the people. The time to complete a set of documents is from 30 minutes to no more than 1 hour.
