The Board of Directors (BOD) of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (stock code HAG) of "boss" Duc has just re-announced the list of investors participating in the private offering of 130 million shares at VND10,000/share. Accordingly, Thaigroup Joint Stock Company of "boss" Thuy registered to buy 52 million shares and the ownership ratio after the offering is 4.92%. This unit has replaced Viet Cat Fund Management Joint Stock Company as previously announced.
In addition, LPBank Securities Joint Stock Company also continued to register to buy 50 million shares and the holding ratio at HAG will increase to 4.73% after the issuance. Individual investor Nguyen Duc Quan Tung plans to increase the number of shares purchased in this issuance to 28 million shares and the ownership ratio after the issuance will be 2.65%.

Thaigroup Corporation is currently a subsidiary of Thaiholdings Joint Stock Company (stock code THD) with 81.6% capital, operating mainly in the field of construction materials and machinery trading. Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuy (also known as Mr. Thuy) - currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lien Viet Post Bank (LPBank) is the founder of Thaiholdings and used to be Chairman of Thaigroup.
In addition, Ms. Vu Thanh Hue, Chairwoman of LPBank Securities Company, is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of Thaiholdings. LPBank currently owns 5.5% of LPBank Securities Company's capital.
