On the morning of February 21, comrade Trinh Viet Hung, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired the Conference to collect comments from former leaders of Thai Nguyen province through the periods and members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on the draft (3rd time) of the Political Report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XX, to be submitted to the 21st Provincial Party Congress. Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Viet Hung emphasized: The 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, is a major political event, of special significance to the development of the province in the new period. The draft Political Report of the Congress has been carefully prepared, comprehensively, objectively and honestly assessing the situation, achievements, advantages, limitations, causes and lessons learned; at the same time, absorbing the guiding viewpoints, policies and major orientations of the Central Committee in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with the growth target of 8% or more...

Regarding the growth target of 10.5% in the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Party Secretary stated that this figure was given on a scientific basis, based on the province's system of solutions and resources as well as forecasts of the domestic and international situation. This demonstrates the great political determination of the Provincial Party Committee in the coming term, while also meeting the Central's direction on the double-digit growth target in the country's rising era. Therefore, although this growth target is difficult, Thai Nguyen can completely achieve it.
