Many incentives for tourists to Nha Trang

It is part of the stimulus program "Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism: Come to Love", taking place on the evening of October 13.

Specifically, from now until the end of 2024, domestic residents and tourists will be offered a free night's stay at 3-5 star hotels and resorts when choosing a 4-night stay package; international tourists will enjoy a 6-night stay with one free night; service prices at entertainment venues, food services, etc. will be reduced by 10-20%.

To enjoy the incentives, local and international people and tourists can identify the program by the participating business logo displayed at the businesses, or through announcements on tourism media such as websites, social networks Facebook, etc.

Delegates performed a ceremony to celebrate the milestone of 9 million tourist arrivals that Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa has successfully achieved in 2024.

Mr. Hoang Van Vinh - Chairman of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association, said that the program is an opportunity to express gratitude to organizations and individuals who have joined hands to build and develop local tourism. At the same time, it is an opportunity for the tourism industry to express its deep gratitude to millions of tourists who have chosen Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa as a destination, marking an important milestone of "reaching 9 million tourists in the first 9 months of 2024".

Entering October, Nha Trang's weather becomes cooler. To fuel the success of the past 9 months, Khanh Hoa tourism industry continues to launch a stimulus program with the support of businesses, launching many attractive products and preferential gifts for tourists to experience the destination of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa.

“The message of the program is to send to tourists who have and have not yet set foot in Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa, do not hesitate, because we are always ready to welcome you, come here to discover interesting things about Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa and to love more”, Mr. Vinh emphasized.

According to Mr. Vinh, with the goal of developing Khanh Hoa tourism in 2024, since the beginning of the year, the relevant authorities have implemented a series of promotional activities and organized many large-scale events.

“After more than 9 months of continuous efforts, Khanh Hoa tourism industry has reached the target 3 months ahead of the 2024 plan,” said Mr. Vinh, adding that Khanh Hoa tourism industry aims to welcome 10 million visitors in 2024. To realize this goal, the industry will continue to promote and advertise activities, and improve service quality to attract more tourists to Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa.

A large number of tourists were present at 2/4 Square (Nha Trang City) to watch the program announcing Khanh Hoa tourism reaching 9 million visitors, and launching a tourism stimulus campaign with the theme "Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism, Come to Love" in 2024.

The art performance in the program is like a greeting to discover the beauty of Vietnam.

In the first 9 months of the year, Khanh Hoa province welcomed about 9 million overnight visitors, an increase of 57.9% over the same period in 2023, reaching 100% of the 2024 plan. Of which, there were 3.6 million international visitors (an increase of 147.9% over the same period, exceeding the 2024 plan by 20%); 5.4 million domestic visitors (an increase of 27.2% over the same period, reaching 90% of the 2024 plan). Total tourism revenue is estimated at VND 44,138.4 billion, an increase of 61.9% over the same period, exceeding the 2024 plan by 10%.

At the program, Mr. Le Huu Hoang - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, affirmed that the above achievements are the result of the whole development journey with valuable contributions of officials and workers in the tourism industry; the close and effective coordination of agencies, departments, branches and localities; the dynamism and creativity of the business community; the active participation of news agencies and the press and the support and companionship of domestic and foreign tourists.

Mr. Hoang believes that the tourism industry will continue to promote its potential, enthusiasm, creativity and dynamism to contribute to the development of Khanh Hoa tourism in a breakthrough and strong manner; making tourism a spearhead economic sector of the province, successfully implementing the goals of Resolution No. 09 of the Politburo, building and developing Khanh Hoa province to become increasingly rich, civilized and beautiful, becoming a city directly under the Central Government by 2030.

Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association donated 127 million VND to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, with the desire to contribute to helping the northern localities overcome the difficult period and rebuild their lives after the storm.
