According to the telegram signed and issued by the leaders of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee this afternoon, floods on Tra Cau and Ve rivers are rising and at very high levels. Water level at 10:00 a.m. on November 24 on Ve River at Song Ve station: 4.28m, below alert level 3 (BĐ3): 0.22m; on Tra Cau River at Tra Cau station: 6.16m, above alert level 3: 0.66m. It is forecasted that by this afternoon (November 24), floods on Tra Cau and Ve rivers will continue to remain at high levels, fluctuating from BĐ3 to above BĐ3. (Photo: N.D)
