On the morning of October 25, information from Lam Dong Province Electricity Company said that Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung - Head of Business Department, Bao Lam Electricity, Lam Dong Electricity Company had a beautiful action and gesture when returning 300 million VND to the person who mistakenly transferred it to his personal account.

Previously, on October 24, Mr. Dung discovered that his account had received a transaction from a strange account number, the account name was PHAM VAN HUNG with no money transfer content, with the amount of 300 million VND. After checking the information, it was determined that he did not know anyone named PHAM VAN HUNG, nor had he made any property transactions with such a large amount of money, Mr. Dung immediately contacted VietinBank to report the incident.
In the afternoon of the same day, Mr. Dung received a phone call explaining that he had mistakenly transferred money with the above content. To avoid being taken advantage of by scammers, and assuming that the real person had lost money due to the mistaken transfer, Mr. Dung instructed the "person who mistakenly transferred money" to contact the bank where the transaction was made to verify, then bring his ID and Verification Paper to VietinBank where Mr. Dung received the mistaken transfer so that all parties could verify and cross-check.
After the bank verified the accuracy of the transaction and the identity of the person making the transaction, in the presence of a representative of VietinBank Bao Loc branch, Mr. Dung made an order to transfer the amount of 300 million VND back to the correct account holder, Mr. Pham Van Hung.
It is worth mentioning that Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung handled the matter very professionally, responsibly, and carefully followed every step in resolving the matter so that the person who mistakenly transferred the money could receive the above amount back. Mr. Dung's actions and good deeds deserve to be praised, spreading the image and good character of electricity industry employees throughout society.
