Hundreds of students, alumni and lecturers attended the ceremony to express their gratitude to teachers - those who not only impart knowledge but also ignite the passion for sports in each generation of students.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Vo Quoc Thang - Party Secretary and Principal of the School reviewed the milestones in the journey of building and developing the School, from the early days of its establishment until today. The difficulties and challenges mentioned were not only to pay tribute to the previous generation but also to emphasize the efforts of the staff, lecturers and students in building the School to become the leading school in sports training in Vietnam.
"Looking back at the development of Ho Chi Minh City University of Sports over the past 50 years, we can see the persistent work and efforts of everyone, in which the teachers themselves are the pioneers to build the brand of the school as it is today. In the 2023 - 2024 school year, the dedication of the staff, lecturers and students has helped the school achieve many outstanding achievements: the enrollment work in 2024 all met and exceeded the set targets; maintained the indicators of scientific research and activities; increased investment in facilities to ensure teaching and learning activities; innovative solutions in sports education; created many conditions for students to study, practice, participate in sports competitions, youth movements - volunteer students to serve the community; In particular, the school completed the Quality Assessment of educational institutions in November 2024; completed the official survey to evaluate outside the accreditation of the university training program in 02 majors: Sports Training and Sports Management...
