The winner of the 23rd Road to Olympia 50,000 USD (1.2 billion VND) prize belongs to Le Xuan Manh, a student at Ham Rong High School, Thanh Hoa. Sharing the secret to studying to overcome the excellent competitors to win the laurel wreath, Le Xuan Manh said that he only read textbooks and consulted information online. In addition, Ms. Vu Thi Huong - mother of the new Road to Olympia 2023 champion - revealed that Manh showed intelligence and loved reading since he was three years old.

Manh's older brother - Le Xuan Duong - is also a young man with outstanding learning ability. Having two talented sons, Mrs. Huong decided to quit her job as a factory worker to stay at home as a housewife and take care of her children's education. With a brother 4 years older, Manh received a lot of tutoring from him, especially in math, physics, and chemistry. Manh studied all subjects well, and also had an interest in history and literature.
