Landing AI Founder Optimistic About the Future of Artificial Intelligence in Vietnam

AI is applied in many fields but is especially useful in education and generative AI. With education, learning is not limited by space and time and is supervised by millions of experts, helping learners make great and effective progress. AI is also a tool to create products that bring in huge revenue. Innovative businesses and startups have had and are having the opportunity to pursue AI in Vietnam and around the world.

With AI Stack, many businesses have joined such as AWS, Google, FPT… under the open AI platform, bringing hope to developers. Mr. Andrew Ng affirmed that the opportunity is for all parties, large businesses or startups to apply the tools to development.

Mr. Andrew Ng said that Landing AI - the leading US computer vision and artificial intelligence (AI) software company has cooperated with FPT on many projects such as building automotive software. This cooperation will continue to develop in the future.

Also on this day, FPT and Landing AI signed a strategic cooperation agreement to develop business and human resources in this potential field. The cooperation between FPT and Landing AI is expected to open a new chapter, contributing to promoting the development of AI in Vietnam, the US and around the world.

According to the memorandum of cooperation, FPT becomes one of the major investors and strategic partners of Landing AI in Asia Pacific. The two sides commit to developing AI in the two fields of technology and education.

Specifically, in the field of technology, FPT and Landing AI will cooperate to implement AI projects such as developing computer vision applications for industries, healthcare, education and many other fields. This is the field where Landing AI is strong in the North American region.

Previously, FPT and Landing AI successfully collaborated and provided AI solutions for the production line of a global corporation in the field of automotive interior manufacturing with annual sales of 13 billion USD. As a major shareholder, FPT will support Landing AI in introducing and deploying computer vision solutions for customers in Vietnam and Asia Pacific, leveraging FPT's customer network and market experience.

In the education sector, Landing AI will cooperate with FPT Education to develop a comprehensive AI curriculum for students from grades 1 to 12.

The entire program will be compiled by Dr. Andrew Ng - Top 100 most influential people in the field of AI and his associates. Andrew Ng is the founder and CEO of Landing AI. With the goal of nurturing AI talent in Vietnam, Dr. Andrew Ng was also invited to become an AI advisor at FPT Education Organization.

In addition, recognizing the market potential and high-quality human resources of Vietnam, Landing AI is considering establishing an engineer training center in Vietnam to develop the Asia Pacific market.
