For customers who have idle money and do not want to “risk” gold or stocks but want to use financial leverage, they will also receive interest rate support of up to 24 months and a 2% discount. All customers in the Kim Tien subdivision will also be exempted from management fees for 2 years. At the same time, Sun Property's loyal customers will still be entitled to a separate policy.
