Talking to Dan Viet newspaper reporter, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung in Vinh Quang village, Son Thuy commune (Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province), said; "The flood water rose so quickly at night that my house was unable to react. This year, my house was flooded more than 1.5m, compared to 2020, the flood was 60cm lower, but with this amount of water, it submerged my rice milling machine, causing serious damage.
