"I was stuck in traffic for more than an hour on the way from District 2 to the airport. When I got to the airport, I had to wait in a long line to check in. The waiting room was packed and there were no seats. My flight was delayed for 6 hours. It was scheduled to depart at 9am but was postponed until 2pm," said Minh Nguyet, from Thai Binh.
