Seeing Ms. Huong collapse in front of the hospital room door, Ms. Tran Hang Nga (Ms. Huong's husband's cousin) hurriedly ran over. Putting her arm around her sister-in-law to help her onto the chair, while taking a bottle of essential oil to rub all over the young woman's body, Ms. Nga said with concern:
"My poor sister-in-law. She had her third cesarean section, it's only been 2 weeks, she's still very weak, but she keeps insisting on visiting her husband. When she sees her husband, she can't stand it. If she gets sick again, what will my nephew do!...", Ms. Nga sobbed.

He has been hospitalized for nearly a month, but Mr. Dung has not yet regained consciousness. Every time the fluid from the deep burns oozes out and stains the white bandages wrapped around his body, the poor man shudders and moves, tears welling up from his still closed eyes. Even though he is in a coma, it seems that Mr. Dung can still feel the terrible pain he is enduring.
As the person who directly treated Mr. Dung, Dr. Ngo Tuan Hung, Department of Intensive Care, said: "Patient Nguyen The Dung was admitted to the hospital on October 29, in a state of burn shock, with extensive damage. The patient's burn area was 37%, of which 22% were at depths of 3,4,5 on the face, neck, trunk, and limbs due to electrical burns."
Dr. Hung added that the patient has now recovered from shock, but the complications of acute respiratory failure have progressed, and the patient is still on a ventilator and on dialysis. The cost is about 10-20 million/day (after deducting 80% of health insurance). The patient has had autologous skin graft surgery once and will have to undergo many more surgeries.

"Through the monitoring process, we found that the patient still has many chances to live if he continues to receive active treatment. We know that the patient is the breadwinner of the family with 3 young children, one of whom was born just a few days ago. "That day was Saturday, my husband told me to go to work outside to earn money for his wife to give birth. Around noon, the phone rang continuously, I heard a stranger's voice reporting to the hospital immediately, my husband was being treated there.
I was in a panic at that time, only hearing the doctor say that my husband was taken to the hospital by kind people. My husband has not yet regained consciousness, so until now I still do not have any information about the accident. My child is only 2 weeks old, he has not seen his face. How could this disaster happen to my family!... ", Ms. Huong burst into tears.

Wiping away her tears, Ms. Huong sadly said that she is a kindergarten teacher and Mr. Dung is an electrician in Dong Da district (Hanoi). Normally, the couple's salary is enough for 4 people to live. Now, a sudden disaster has caused the main breadwinner in the family to be in a "life-threatening situation", immediately pushing this family, which is not well-off, into dire straits.
"I felt sorry for my husband and I who had to rent a room. Last year, my grandparents gave me a small piece of land deep in the village. My husband and I borrowed money to build a house for our children. Then my plan failed. My husband and I thought about it for a long time and then decided to keep our children. That's why my husband had to work hard day and night, and then this happened!...", Ms. Huong sobbed.
Ms. Hoang Anh Duong, a social worker at the National Burn Hospital, shared: "Seeing the wife who had just given birth by cesarean section trembling and calling her husband's name in front of the emergency room, no one could hold back their emotions.
