Choosing the path to conquer international customers from the early stages of its establishment, the Hacchic Couture fashion brand by Vietnamese designers has conquered Marian Rivera, who is known as "the most beautiful star in the Philippines".

Young brand "one year old"

On December 30, 2024, Marian Rivera, a 40-year-old Filipino beauty, shared warm moments during her 10th wedding anniversary.

On this special occasion, she chose to wear a white, elegant and luxurious tight dress, decorated with handmade orchids.

This is a design from the Ran No Hana collection, created by two Vietnamese designers, Nguyen Tra Linh and Viet Trinh, and their team.

The dress, worth $400 (over 10 million VND), was completed by five craftsmen over 20 elaborate days.

Sharing with Tuoi Tre Online , 9x designer Nguyen Tra Linh said that from the very first days of establishment, the team determined to bring products under the Hacchic Couture brand to conquer international customers.

To date, the foreign market contributes about 60% of revenue for this newly established brand in 2023.

"We aim to reach out to the international market by exploiting the unique beauty of Asian style combined with global fashion trends," Nguyen Tra Linh shared the vision of the Vietnamese fashion brand on the journey to bring products to conquer international customers.

Hacchic Couture is an evening and bridal fashion brand, with two sub-brands, Hacchic Blush and Tralinh.

While Hacchic Blush launched in 2018, specializing in evening gowns and casual dresses, Tralinh, launched in 2024, focuses on the mid-range segment with wedding and evening gown products.

Random Chance from…. Instagram

In recent years, social media platforms have transformed the fashion industry.

No longer limited to runways and fashion magazines, trends now appear and spread online at a rapid pace.

Among the most influential platforms, Instagram and TikTok have emerged as key players in shaping global fashion trends.

Instagram is also the "bridge" platform between Hacchic and Marian's team.

Tra Linh said that this collaboration happened quite by chance when Marian's team was looking for a modern, sophisticated wedding dress that suited the "Marian Rivera" style.

At that time, Marian's fashion staff saw the white orchid dress from Hacchic Blush on Instagram and immediately contacted to order.

The 9x designer said that when placing the order, Marian's team did not ask for a discount or announce that they would make it for this star.

"With a continuous number of international orders, we do not care whether it is wholesale or retail, customers from any country will be served enthusiastically with the best quality," Linh shared.

After the order was sent, Hacchic members were surprised to be tagged by Marian on Instagram and burst into tears of joy when they saw the star wearing Hacchic Blush's design.

They checked the purchase history and found out that the person who bought the dress with the orchid attached to the back of the shoulder was from Marian's team.

Team of less than a hundred people

Hacchic's design was chosen by the team of "The Most Beautiful Star in the Philippines" and became an opportunity for the young fashion brand to increase its brand awareness in Southeast Asia.

Having foreign stars like Marian choose products for special events is a great encouragement for Vietnamese designers.

Currently, Hacchic team has about 90 people, including design, production and business team. This brand has only two stores in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Tra Linh said that Hacchic aims to cooperate with leading distributors in each region to organize shows, distribute products and take care of customers.

The brand also focuses on collaborating with celebrities, rather than expanding retail stores.

In the future, they will consider opening 'pop-up' stores (short-term retail stores, located in high-potential locations - PV) or showrooms in big cities like Dubai, Paris, or New York, to directly approach customers and potential partners.

The distinct differences in customers in foreign markets:

- In terms of culture: Middle Eastern customers love luxury and splendor, with elaborate beaded and stone details. Meanwhile, European customers prefer simplicity and sophistication.

- Regarding consumption habits: Foreign customers are often willing to spend more on exclusive and high-value products than most domestic customers.

- About fashion taste: Markets develop towards personalization, requiring products that suit individual styles and special occasions.
