* On the morning of October 15, the Congress of the Vietnam Student Association of Nghe An province held a consultation to elect the Executive Committee of the 4th term, 2023 - 2028, consisting of 27 comrades; the Inspection Committee of the Vietnam Student Association of the province, consisting of 5 comrades. Comrade Tran Linh was re-elected as President of the Vietnam Student Association of Nghe An province for the 2023 - 2028 term.
