The mobile propaganda contest to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024) is organized nationwide and is scheduled to take place from March 26 to April 2 in the following provinces and cities: Hanoi , Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Hoa Binh, Son La, Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Lai Chau and Dien Bien.

Participating in the contest were 40 mobile propaganda teams from the following provinces and cities: Dien Bien, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Ha Giang, Hau Giang, Hoa Binh, Bac Giang, Lai Chau, Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, Son La, Yen Bai, Nghe An, Thai Binh, Hai Duong, Gia Lai, Tuyen Quang, An Giang, Binh Dinh, Binh Phuoc, Ca Mau, Can Tho, Cao Bang, Dak Lak, Ha Nam, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Kon Tum, Lang Son, Long An, Quang Ngai, Thanh Hoa, Tien Giang, Tuyen Quang, Vinh Long, Vinh Phuc.

The program of the Nghe An Province Mass Art Troupe participating in the competition has 5 performances: "Echoing forever the heroic epic of Dien Bien" (Singing and dancing a set of folk songs of Nghe Tinh), "Be Van Dan lives forever" (Solo female, accompanying dance), "Ky uc Dien Bien" (dance), "Ho keo phao, Giai phong Dien Bien" (Mashup singing and dancing) and "Vietnam aspires to be strong" (song and dancing).

The leaders of the Department of Culture and Sports and members of the Arts Council highly appreciated the content and artistic quality of the program, and at the same time gave suggestions to perfect the program to meet the set requirements./.
