Mr. Nguyen Van Huong - Head of Weather Forecast Department, National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that currently, the eastern region of the Philippines has 2 storms and 1 tropical depression active.
Typhoon Toraji is likely to move into the East Sea in the evening to the night of November 11. Therefore, after typhoon No. 7, typhoon No. 8 will appear.
"Under the impact of storm number 7 and then storm number 8, in the coming days, the northern and central areas of the East Sea will continuously have bad weather with strong winds, high waves and rough seas," Mr. Huong commented.

Sharing about the developments of storm No. 7, Mr. Huong said that on the morning of November 4, a tropical depression in the eastern region of the Philippines strengthened into a storm with the international name Yinxing, the 22nd storm in the Northwest Pacific.
On the afternoon of November 7, Typhoon Yinxing made landfall in the eastern part of the Philippines. Early on the morning of November 8, the storm moved into the East Sea, storm number 7. By the afternoon of November 9, typhoon number 7 was at its strongest level 14-15.
After reaching its strongest intensity yesterday afternoon, since the night of November 9, storm No. 7 has stabilized and by early this morning, November 10, the storm changed direction to move south, its intensity rapidly decreasing.
"Since last night, storm number 7 has moved into an area with environmental conditions unfavorable for storm development.
Firstly, the current sea surface temperature in the western area of the Paracel Islands is below optimal, below 26 degrees, reducing the energy supply to the storm, contributing to its gradual weakening.
Second, the cold and dry air mass still prevails, so the relative humidity in the atmosphere from the ground to an altitude of 1,500m is very low, limiting the development of storm clouds.
In addition, there is currently a new storm, internationally named Torija, active in the eastern part of the Philippines. Tomorrow morning, when moving into the eastern part of Luzon Island (Philippines), the distance between storm No. 7 and storm Torija will be about 1,200-1,400km, which is the distance where the interaction between the two storms occurs, storm Torija will cause storm No. 7 to shift more to the south," analyzed the Head of Weather Forecasting Department, National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.
In the next 24-48 hours, storm No. 7 is expected to continue moving southwest and its intensity will rapidly decrease to below level 10 due to unfavorable conditions of temperature and humidity.
For storm No. 7, the most dangerous impact is strong winds at sea, with the western sea area of the North East Sea having strong winds of level 7-9, near the storm's eye level 10-13, gusting to level 16, waves 4-6m high, near the eye 6-8m, and very rough seas.
From early morning on November 11, the sea from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai has strong winds of level 6-7, near the storm's eye it has strong winds of level 8, gusts of level 10, waves 2-4m high, near the storm's eye it has waves of 3-5m, rough seas.
In addition, under the influence of storm No. 7, from the evening and night of tomorrow, November 11, to the end of November 12, the Central and South Central regions will have rain, but there is very little possibility of extreme rain causing flooding on rivers in the Central region.
Mr. Huong emphasized that these are impact warnings based on current data. People in the coastal areas of the Central region, especially from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai, need to closely monitor the storm situation and prepare response plans to minimize risks.
