National Great Unity Day in Phuoc Khang Commune Residential Area

In 2024, the coordination between all levels, sectors with the Fatherland Front and political organizations continued to be promoted, along with the efforts of people in residential areas, bringing positive results. Activities to support production development were focused on, forming many livestock and crop models suitable for the characteristics of mountainous areas; people actively participated in the emulation movement to build new rural areas with many practical and effective tasks.

Comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and delegates visited the booth displaying typical local products.

Up to now, the commune has achieved 15/19 criteria for new rural construction, the poverty rate is 55.08%, the near-poor rate is 9.38%; maintaining the title of "Cultural Village" and "Cultural Family" annually reaching 97%. The work of preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities in the area is increasingly improved.

Speaking at the festival, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee praised the achievements of the people of the residential areas of Cau Da, Da Liet, Da Mai Tren and Da Mai Duoi in the past year. He asked each cadre, party member and people of the four residential areas to continue to uphold the spirit of solidarity, unity, and have specific models and practical actions to help each other develop the economy and reduce poverty sustainably; promote the core role of the Front Work Committee, mediation teams in residential areas, prestigious people, dignitaries and religious officials in the community in building neighborly relations, effectively resolving conflicts and disagreements among the people.

Building safe residential areas, ensuring security and order, no crime, no social evils; participating in the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", maintaining the rate and upholding the title "Cultural family", "Prosperous, progressive, happy, civilized family". Actively participating in building the Party, building the government and clean and strong political and social organizations.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and the People's Committee of Thuan Bac district presented 20 gifts to 20 poor and near-poor students who are studious in the area.
