On October 4, a special session of the Hanoi City People's Council will take place.

Accordingly, the City People's Council will consider the following contents: Regulations on tuition fees for public preschool and general education institutions that self-finance regular expenses; high-quality public preschool and general education institutions of Hanoi City for the 2024-2025 school year.

Regulations on educational service prices for pilot implementation for preschool and general education facilities using the state budget of Hanoi City.

The City People's Council will consider regulating the authority to decide on investment and procurement for information technology application activities using regular expenditure funds from the Hanoi State budget.

At the same time, at the meeting, the City People's Council also reviewed the List of public career services using the State budget in the field of family medicine examination and treatment that have not been paid for by the health insurance fund and out-of-hospital emergency care of Hanoi City.

The City People's Council considers regulations on special loan subjects from local budget capital entrusted through the Hanoi City Social Policy Bank.

At the meeting, the City People's Council also considered the following contents: approving adjustments and supplements to the list of land acquisition projects in 2024; the list of projects to change the purpose of using rice-growing land, special-use forest land, protective forest land, and production forest land in 2024 in Hanoi.

Approving the policy of changing the purpose of forest use to other purposes in Hanoi city to implement the project: Expanding and renovating the construction of People's Police College I in Thuy Xuan Tien commune, Chuong My district; Conservation area in area IV of Soc Son Cultural - Tourism Area in Phu Linh commune, Soc Son district.

The City People's Council considered and approved the update and adjustment of the 5-year medium-term public investment plan 2021-2025 and the adjustment of the 2024 city-level public investment plan; orientation of the 5-year medium-term public investment plan 2026-2030 city-level.

Consider and approve the Pilot Project and establish the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center; consider a number of expenditure contents and expenditure levels for drafting documents to implement the Capital Law No. 39/2024/QH15 dated June 28, 2024.
