What is International Business?
International business includes all commercial exchange and transaction activities such as the transfer of goods, services, resources, people, ideas and technology between countries. As the name suggests, international business is global and highly integrated.

Job opportunities in International Business
After graduation, students majoring in International Business can confidently work in many different positions: Business specialist, import-export specialist of production and business units, trading companies, import-export companies, representative offices, shipping, aviation, insurance agents; import-export staff and assistants; teaching and researching at universities and colleges.
According to a survey, in Vietnam, the average income of the International Business sector ranges from 6 - 9 million/month for new graduates and from 20 - 40 million/month for experienced or managerial employees. For highly qualified people, if they choose to work in logistics import-export companies or multinational corporations, trading joint stock companies, they can receive a salary of 30 - 150 million VND/month.
Working as a foreign exchange trader at a bank in Hanoi for over 5 years, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hien - who graduated from International Business, International School (Hanoi National University) revealed that the salary for new graduates in this field is quite high.
"Normally, students majoring in International Business can work at many companies as well as apply for different job positions. I chose to work in a bank with a salary of more than 10 million VND/month.
However, this is only the salary for a new employee. If you have many years of experience and a high position, it is easy to have a salary of around 50 million VND/month," Hien said.
