Specifically, carry-on baggage not exceeding 20kg, length not exceeding 0.8m, width not exceeding 0.5m, height not exceeding 0.4m and volume not exceeding 0.16m3 of each passenger is free of charge.
In case the hand luggage exceeds the above weight and size, the passenger must purchase a ticket according to the regulations. If the luggage hinders the passenger's movement or causes safety problems on the passenger car, the passenger must send the luggage to the luggage car if there is space in the luggage car.
To pack checked baggage, passengers and senders must wrap and pack it properly, ensuring that it is not damaged, broken, spilled, displaced or affects other goods during loading and transport. Each package must not exceed 2.5m in length; 0.5m in width and 0.5m3 in volume; and 75kg in weight.
The minimum chargeable weight of checked baggage is 5kg/piece; fractional weights of 0.5kg or more are rounded up to 1kg; from 6kg or more are calculated based on the actual weight (rounded up). For bulky items, the charge is 300kg for every 1m.
After completing the procedures for sending checked baggage, passengers and senders of checked baggage can change or not send all or part of the checked baggage; change the arrival station and recipient, but must complete the procedures for changing or adjusting 4 hours before the train departure time at the stations that accept checked baggage transportation. During the above period, passengers and senders of checked baggage can withdraw part or all of the checked baggage, but must have a request form and be refunded the fare for the withdrawn part, must pay for loading and unloading, storage fees (calculated from the time of receiving the shipment until the time of delivery) according to the regulations of the enterprise.
