* Russia will help Iran launch two scientific satellites Kowsar and Hodhod into orbit 500km above Earth on November 5 using Moscow's Soyuz rocket within the framework of the science and technology cooperation program between the two countries. (Tasnim)
* Germany has pledged to continue supporting Ukraine to ensure the survival of the Eastern European country as it enters the third winter of a worsening war, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock said on November 4. (DW)
* NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte arrived in Berlin for the first time in his new position on November 4 to meet with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to discuss the North Korean military in Russia.
On the same day, part of NATO's largest artillery exercise - Lightning Strike 24 - was launched in Finland's northernmost Lapland region and will last until November 28.
About 3,600 servicemen are taking part in the exercises on Finnish territory, including about 1,200 servicemen from the United States, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Estonia, France, the Czech Republic and other countries. (Sputnik)
* Moldovan President Maia Sandu was re-elected for a second term with more than 53% of the vote in the November 3 election. On November 4, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky congratulated Ms. Sandu, emphasizing: "The people of Moldova have made a clear choice on the path towards economic growth and social stability."

* North Korea has built an 11-meter-high mound of earth to completely block inter-Korean roads that Pyongyang blew up last month, a move that further demonstrates its desire to break with Seoul.
According to the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), about 300-400 personnel have been mobilized to build up mounds just north of the Gyeongui railway (in the west) and Donghae railway (in the east) that North Korea destroyed. (Yonhap)
* Japan successfully launched the H3 rocket carrying the Ministry of Defense's communications satellite into orbit on November 4. The H3 is 63m long, has a payload of 6.5 tons and costs about 33 million USD per launch.

* Israel has officially announced the termination of its relationship with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), according to an announcement by the Israeli Foreign Ministry on November 3. The ministry said that the activities of other international organizations will be expanded and that the country will make preparations to terminate its relationship with UNRWA, as well as promote alternatives to UNRWA. * Iran said the US deployment of B-52 bombers to the Middle East was an act that "destabilizes the region" and would not deter Tehran's determination to defend itself.
